Who am I buying from?
One stop restoration shop for all GM cars. If you ever feel unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know right away so that we can have the opportunity to correct the problem, before any negative feedback is left. Communication is the key to resolving any problem that may arise. Our feedback system is automated; positive feedback is returned to you after it is left for us first.

What is your Shipping Policy?
Combined Shipping: We do combine shipping when possible. Some items are not eligible for combined shipping due to size restrictions; please contact us before bidding on combined shipping. International shipments are shipped USPS Priority and USPS Express Mail depending on value. We do not ship surface mail. We do NOT lower value or mark items as gift, this is illegal so please do not ask. Address: We do not ship to PO Box, we must have your physical street address. Not providing a street address will delay your shipment. CARPETS are made to order and ship 7-10 days from receipt of payment all necessary information being received. Backorders/Shipping Delays: While we strive to maintain a sufficient quantity of items in stock at all time, occasionally we will back orders on certain items, due to either greater-than-anticipated sales or a manufacturer backorder. In a case such as that, a delay may occur before shipping your item while we wait for supply to be replenished. If a delay of more than 7 business days is anticipated, we will notify you promptly, in which case you can either choose to wait or receive a refund.

What is your Return Policy?

If the incorrect item is received or you receive a Damaged item, Please contact us immediately (withing 48 Hours of receipt) and we will issue a return tag and get the correct item shipped at no additional cost to buyer.

Any item being returned for any other reason will only be accepted in original uninstalled condition in original packaging with invoice included. All returns subject to 15% Restock Fee.
